@Rob__James The list wasn't 'thrown out', it was forcibly extracted from the company by a court order! The company didn't want the public to know about the adverse events and were not going to release the information until near the end of this century ( the longest they could manage to keep it from the public). It is ONLY due to that court order that we now have that information. Criminal!

They would not be 'adverse events of special interest' if they were hypothetical. They have been catalogued because they happened!
