@kittendivine1 Get into the habit of using salt more often. Even if it's only a little more, it will all add up. I put salt in my tea (traditional in Tibet), and in my cocoa, and on peanut butter, jam, marmalade, etc, as well as in the traditional way, on pasta etc, in porridge...
I discovered recently that if I have leg cramps when in bed, if I get up and give two shakes of the salt seller onto my tongue, that the cramps go almost immediately. ( I do sometimes forget to put salt on my food).
My father was really healthy and he ate a lot of salt. For many years I added no salt to my food at all! That changed when I learnt about the difference between table salt and pure sea/rock salt and all the minerals they contain.
I eat healthy salt: sea salt or rock salt ( without additives!). I avoid table salt like the plague.
