The issue is if he convinces 10,000 others to follow in his footsteps, by his example, there is a chance 100-200 who might have gotten a vaccine or at least worn a mask , abandon those ideas and practices and die. His reply to that comment is likely, " I am not a doctor telling others what to do." But by virtue of the fact he has a celebrity status and is an influencer of others to some degree, he does deserve the blame. If he was not an influencer, advertisers would not pay to advertise on his channel or programs. Can't have it both way.
