  1. I predict we have not seen the last of his courtroom misconduct and bad behavior.  I am guessing he curses the Jury or Judge or Prosecution when the verdict is read.  He will be bound with leg irons and hand cuffs and maybe a spit hoodie on the day of his sentencing.

  2. John Chisholm, the Milwaukee DA at the time of the Waukesha incident, allowed Brooks to post a $500 bond on a serious felony charge. Criminals cannot be coddled. You do a crime you go to jail or prison. Milwaukee was super safe from 1965- to 1983, the time when judge Chris Seraphim served on the bench. He was known for 1 thing. Putting all career criminals into retirement. You stole a car and appeared before him, expect 15 year in Waupun. Robbed a store? then you get 25 years. He was not interested in excuses. The numbers of lives he saved over time, including police officers, was never lost on the citizens.

  3. There is a baby bar test given if you want to skip law school and proceed to taking the real bar exam. The baby bar is a quick look to see if you know the law.  Brooks is a high school drop out, with a sub 80 IQ. This stunt of his will lead others to follow in his wake.  Bad idea to let him represent himself.
