  1. The focus on Hancock is missing the point. Most of the public would do the same as him if they could. I do not support him at all but the green eyed monster and sanctimony are in play here. The programme is bread and circuses nonsense keeping people distracted from the bigger issues and it will soon be forgotten. Since 1918 Labour has been in power about 33 years and before 1997 it had only spent 20 years in office since 1900. Under FPTP the voters of Britain are fundamentally selfish Tories who do not care about society beyond a superficial level. You get the governments you deserve under a rotten society.
