  1. The Tories are incompetent, ideologically driven and do not care about public services- a toxic combination. Yes, they have to go at the next election but the so called party of the workers that calls itself Labour will preside over the continuous decline of the NHS, with diagnosis and outcomes lagging behind many other nations. Labour is on the side of business and the rich, not the majority. The NHS does not need yet more top down reform- it needs billions in cash to raise spending to levels comparable to the rest of Europe- Britain spends 7% less on health than France and Germany. Fifteen thousand beds lost due to needless austerity since 2010. Pour cash in and most of the problems will disappear in a few years.
