  1. The Daily Mail is a disgrace and always has been. Truth. But the RMT backed Brexit and now fights against the consequences of what it supported. Why is its stance on Brexit not questioned? The right is dogmatic about Brexit and should own this mess but the Lexit argument is also dogmatic, for different reasons. Both are in denial about how disastrous it has been. The cause of the strike is right but little progress is being made, mainly due to government blocking a deal. But the media should also be asking questions about the effectiveness of the RMT campaign as it is not working. What happened to the co-ordinated union action in different sectors slated for October? No sign of it.
