  2. it's true. Last time i watched tv and they showed old tv-show(1992). P-ple was tal-ing about ec-my. One smart man said: "why Yeltsin first do liberalization of prices, and after that privatization, why prices are growing, and production is not...That shouldn't be so. It's econ-cal genocide". It was in 1992. Putin do nothing good for R-a too, he has luck that oil now cost so much.
