There are no Antarctic Treaty military forces you absolute mong - if you actually bothered to read it you would find that the Antarctic Treaty specifically prohibits military activity. He was apprehended by the Norwegian government for breaking their Antarctic regulations, no doubt spurred on by his reckless behavior that led to the deaths of his crew mates.
