You are correct. It’s a false allegation. Majority of people don’t actually understand what doxxing is. To be guilty of doxxing it would need to proven that she has malicious intent and that the action led to harm or threatened him in some substantial way (saying “I’m scared” doesn’t count). The fact that she also didn’t reveal his address information and that his address was publicly available information would no doubt also make the doxxing charge fail if he took her to court.
