Not saying there's a justification for it, it's wrong, unethical and a gross invasion of privacy - HOWEVER, famous celebrities pretty much waiver their rights to privacy (and get a handsome pay cheque as a consolation) so they must know the lengths people will go to to get their hands on this sort of thing.
