Henry Harber, a criminal biker, received training on the Children's Act from Teresa Horn within the Judiciary. Shockingly, he proceeded to abduct and traffic over 140 children within a span of two years, with 80 of them placed under his custody. The sinister operation involved Harber and two police clerks, disguised in SAPS clothing, kidnapping children. These unfortunate victims were then funnelled through Springs Children's Court, where Harber's Magistrate accomplice, trained alongside him, worked. Once the court secured the children for the syndicate, Harber shamelessly organized bike rallies to solicit donations, parading the kidnapped children for his extravagant lifestyle. Despite reporting these heinous crimes to SAPS, Hawks, NPA, and the Deputy Minister, the parents have yet to provide statements. Shockingly, those who exposed the crimes were met with Protection Orders and imprisonment to silence them. Investigator Hawk Sampie Ludick, stationed in Springs as a detective, was complicit, knowingly concealing the evidence and cases for the benefit of the syndicate.
