@ras22273 he didn’t really have any prep time for round two other than Leo giving him some information about the technique shredder used. There’s also the fact that Batman was actually in worse shape during round two both from injuries from the first round and from being mutated by joker

Batman underestimated that one technique while shredder underestimated Batman in general
