  5. Courier 9712 hell, all of the rpm team had huge amounts of development (aside from gem and gemma) and the majority of them had a hard hitting backstory. Scott was constantly compared with his brother by his father, ziggy stole from the mob to give medicine to children in desperate need (resulting in him having to leave the city to protect the kids), Dillon got experimented on by venjix and lost his memory, and Dr. K (along with gem and gemma) was abducted by a government agency as a child
