  2. xanxia I'd say it's a three way tie between kurata, lucemon (season 4), and myotismon. I'd put lucemon over kurata because he basically did the same thing that kurata tried to do by destroying digimon but actually succeeded. Kurata destroyed a lot of digimon to awaken belphamon in order to rule the world but failed while lucemon destroyed all digimon aside from 5 digimon (the 3 celestial digimons rookie forms and the other two that traveled with the main characters) and the legendary warriors, destroyed the entire digital world, and was going to try to conquer the human world

  3. King Monkey Mon true, kurata did almost succeed but you are wrong about the lucemon part. Any digimon that is destroyed by one of the 7 demon lord digimon (which lucemon is one of) doesn't undergo the normal rebirth process but are consigned to the dark area and become the flesh and blood of the demon lord digimon. The rebirth only occurred AFTER he was destroyed permanently and was triggered by the spirits of the legendary warriors. So both of their methods prevent the rebirth of the deceased digimon
