  1. I think Ganon/ganondorf should've made the list or been an honorable mention. He's probably more evil than bowser and is more successful since he not only captures Zelda but also successfully conquers hyrule before link beats him (bowser succeeds in capturing peach but usually fails at conquering mushroom kingdom)
