The only part insurance was wrong about what the signal, the black car didn’t use the signal until after they started to change lanes
4
The kia driver also shouldn’t be driving at night without the headlights on
4
Kinda hard to do when you are in the middle lane with traffic on both sides
3
Same here and I saw a semi break check another semi
2
@kenbrown2808 I’ve heard that one before
2
@Mr.Myrdok black car still should have signaled before trying to switch lanes
2
@ITBOILSMYBLOOD i would agree if they activated the signal before the other driver was too close but they didn’t do that
2
Plus he was under the influence
2
@omalleyc068 unless there’s bumper to bumper traffic
2
I can relate to the deer one, I’ve had a few near misses
2
The force from the impact
2
The other lane was a merging lane
2
@willowcairns my mistake
2
People on drugs?

@Ed1_ I hear that. I had to deal with an ass like that when I was driving my dad’s truck a couple weeks ago. I was at an intersection waiting to be able to make a left turn onto my parents property and someone passed me at the intersection (likely illegally) and cursed me out for not moving even though I had my turn signal going. The truck I was in was a 1990 F350 with dual rear tires and a tree spade bed so it’s pretty heavy/slow and there was oncoming traffic, I chose to wait with the turn signals on for a good opening to make my left turn instead of risking an accident
1
It is if not doing so means crashing
1
@pdxyyz4327 he risked colliding with oncoming traffic while sticking in his lane would likely have resulted in hitting the vehicle that ran the stop sign, at least the oncoming traffic could swerve to the side of the road
1
@pdxyyz4327 and still would’ve run the stop sign
1
More so the truck driver
1
1:1:3, the cammer was on the grass because the minivan ran him off the road
1
@Peter_Riis_DK why would I need to do that?? I’ve never done anything like that
1
@Peter_Riis_DK unlikely. The van shifted into the lane and was too close to the other driver. The van also didn’t have the turn signal engaged until they were basically right next to the other vehicle
1
@Peter_Riis_DK how am I confirming anything. The van didn’t engage the turn signal until the cammer was about to be next to the van in the lane that the van was trying to get into. There’s also the fact that we don’t know if there were any cars behind the cammer or how close they were. For all you know the cammer might’ve had another car close behind and might not have had the option to braking without causing another accident. On the flip side, the van could’ve waited until the cammer passed them
1
Number 3. I had a similar accident occur when I was pulling out of a traffic circle (I was the one that got hit), thankfully my accident was nowhere near as severe as neither car was totaled (both cars were able to drive away safely) and nobody was injured
1
@ianchan8859 the van could’ve also sped up before changing lanes
1
@ITBOILSMYBLOOD agreed
1
I was on the receiving end of a collision like in number 22 only far less severe, I was in a pickup trying to leave a traffic circle from the inside lane and got hit by another car entering the circle. The area between the passenger cab corner and the rear passenger side wheel on my vehicle took some bad dents (which have since been fixed) while the other car lost part of it’s front bumper, neither car was damaged to the point of being undrivable and I’m pretty sure that the insurance deemed neither driver at fault which kinda surprised me.
1
@omalleyc068 true but it depends on how long you are willing to wait plus it doesn’t look like the car tried to pull over either. I’ll admit that both drivers probably could’ve pulled over depending on if they were blocked on either side but the trucker wasn’t the cause of the accident since the car came up in his blind spot and made the mistake of trying to get in front of the truck. I’ve been in bumper to bumper traffic but only rarely since I don’t live in a major city
1
Cammer only changed lanes because the other driver ran the stop sign
1
@David_USF it might’ve become that but he most likely did the lane shift to avoid smashing into the guy that ran the stop sign. I’ve had to swerve a little into other lanes to avoid that type of problem a few times. The cammer might’ve been a bit of an ass but not as bad as the guy that ran the stop sign
1
@David_USF it looked like the driver with the camera was going to switch lanes after the intersection but couldn’t because of the driver that ran the stop sign
1
@David_USF or he could’ve changed lanes after the intersection like he was originally going to since he wouldn’t have had much time to slow down if he tried it before. He should have changed after the intersection but he still might’ve had to swerve depending on how fast the sign runner was going and how wide they were turning
1
Or the Tesla could’ve sped up/slowed down
1
He’s talking about the first one, not 1.1
1
@willowcairns clip number 1, not 1.1
1
They might’ve had another car behind them
1
The black car didn’t signal until after they started to merge
1
@ never said it did but it might’ve prevented it
1
I’ve had that happen a few times
