  3.  @omalleyc068  true but it depends on how long you are willing to wait plus it doesn’t look like the car tried to pull over either. I’ll admit that both drivers probably could’ve pulled over depending on if they were blocked on either side but the trucker wasn’t the cause of the accident since the car came up in his blind spot and made the mistake of trying to get in front of the truck. I’ve been in bumper to bumper traffic but only rarely since I don’t live in a major city
