  3. Ah, the one active super volcano that is bigger than Yellowstone is. I’d also add that the toba eruption wasn’t the largest in the last 2.5 million years, it was the largest in the last 25 million years

  11. It really was closer to several hundred years since the little ice age is believed to have started in the late 1200’s and ended in the late 1800’s

  12. I’m pretty sure that the climate changes that occurred towards the end of the Paleozoic was kickstarted by volcanic activity
