  1. If you look at photos 2017-2021 of people who visited that intake, it's actually quite a big waterway. I'm not convinced a lower water level would cut off the occupied Crimea. Nor have I seen evidence that it would matter, especially not as Russia has reservoirs there. In that sense this terrorist attack Russia perpetrated, doesn't harm Russia.
