It's an excellent analysis as usual, but I think you're slightly wrong about the first main objective, because: 1 - This Ukrainian offensive makes headlines and gives people hope. It shows the west Ukraine is capable of taking the fight to Russia instead of causing attricion, which is militarily effective, but fails to make headlines. As an example I would show Lindsey Graham, formerly a seeming hardcore putinist that some suspected was bribed, now she's argueing Ukraine should receive aid. That's because people like her read "Ukrainian offensive" and that motivates them. That A ensure the financial support that keeps Ukraine from losing and B keeps the military aid that enables Ukraine to win. Sun Tzu said the first step to victory is to prevent defeat, which Ukraine does. This is the main reason for the offensive, I think. Causing unrest in Russia is the 2nd reasion. 2 - Notice how Russia sent their full hybrid war assets to talk Nordstream and used up all their bribed SPD contacts in Germany for that? That supports point 1. 3 - I think Ukraine knows the Russian dictatorship can supress information and prevent protest/uprising. That won't be their main objective because that sort of pressure on Putin would require taking entire Russian regions and Ukraine lacks the manpower for that.
