It's funny how for me that's one of the positive points. Twitter is one of the few platforms that doesn't agressively push American prudism and allows posting of kinky content. Tumblr went American prude, banned all nudity, and promptly lost 99,7% of market capitalisation across 3 years, and lost an even larger share of the user base as suddenly the 0.1% of Tumblr content, American far left fascist crap, was now suddenly all their algorhitm pushes, making nearly all users leave.

@rlwdesigns Oh come... "That's too explicit for anyone!" is the first step towards total censorship, since you reject it's reason for being. While in the case of twitter allowing bdsm content it's kinda relevant: A sexual orientation is a bit more relevant than your tiny hobby design 'business'.

@rlwdesigns Could it be because we've been hearing this "Think of the children!" BS you're spouting, from opressive reactionaries for the better part of 2 centuries now? And I can make that concrete as well: The Bush regime used that exact same argument to shut down Intersec (company behind Insex) in 2005. And it escalated to a witch hunt, as Ars Technica put it in 2007's "FBI agents paid to surf for deviant porn" You walk like a duck and quack like a duck but keep argueing you're no duck. Also your argument is about as convincing as me dousing your house in gasoline and then waving around torches while insisting that I'm no arsonist and you should trust me to ensure nothing bad happens.
