Have you ever covered MINIX before? There's also a very similar OS written in Rust called Redox OS that implements the same principles and is currently under active development.

@CyberGizmo Your video on exokernels popped up in my feed, which made me think about it. That was a really interesting video btw. You're obviously very knowledgeable, but I would say the average Linux user - considering desktop Linux has soared in popularity the past few years and gained millions of new users - aren't even aware of what a microkernel is (or exokernel for that matter) or the concepts and philosophy behind it. L4 Linux is another very interesting concept. Anyways, thanks DJ Ware!
