  2. As a business owner myself who built it from scratch, you NEVER base the success or failure of your business around a single supplier of a specific product. On the flip side and quite ironically, Raspberry Pi's own decision to exclusively supply industry and abandon hobbyists has broken their own near-monopoly in the maker space. A great thing indeed!!!

  3. I moved away from ARM SBCs (the Raspberry Pi 4 specifically) to a small form-factor x86 for everything but tinkering and couldn't be happier. You can get one brand new with 16GB of RAM for about $220 and run nearly any operating system on it.

  4. I'd love to see more open-hardware RISC-V boards without anything proprietary so that makers and enthusiasts have full control, including the boot system and the microprocessor 👍
