  1. I used to date a girl from IL, where I lived at the time and she wanted to make a trip down South because she had never been there, so we hit the road going to my home State of Louisiana. As we got deeper into the South we began seeing cotton fields and she asked me what all those fields of white was. I suddenly got inspired and told her "That's Southern snow." She looked at me funny and said "It's too warm down here for snow." I just kept on about how we had Southern snow that most people didn't know about. Finally, I pulled alongside the road and had her walk with me, I picked a piece of cotton and handed it to her "This snow isn't even cold !" she said. That's when I cracked up, just couldn't hold it in anymore 😂🤣. I told her "This is cotton." At first she got a little angry because I had fooled her but a little later as we continued our trip , she gave me a punch on my shoulder and burst out laughing, "You really got me!" I thought everyone knew what cotton was, she didn't, and , well, I couldn't help myself, it was a perfect situation to pull a joke. And I did 🤣🤣
