The Gazan's rule themselves but Hamas is the ones they voted in. Israel has been out of Gaza since 2005, they left greenhouses and systems so the Gazan's could profit agriculturally... Hamas burned them down. The metal and piping for infrastructure that Israel left , were made into bombs and weaponry. Gaza has received millions upon millions of dollars to help them build and prosper. If they're ruled by an apartheid State, then that State is Hamas. The Gazan's could've had better lives, good medical care, better housing , their own electric companies, instead of still depending on Israel for such. Israel and other countries throughout the world have contributed, in one way or another to help them. They chose Hamas, and this is what they have now. It's a pity because it didn't have to be this way.
