Yep. That was total incompetence. Someone is put in the back of a squad car like a caged animal, no hope of escape in case of emergency...and NONE of these cops noticed this jackass had parked on a RR track? I'm glad she survived and I hope not only is her medical expenses are fully covered but also that she gets an astronomical settlement. She was in their custody, they were morally responsible for her safety and there really should be criminal charges in this case. 😡
