  3. It was caused mostly by foreign china investors and speculators. In fact this was such a huge problem that beginning of this year the government passed a new restriction to stop foreign speculators doing this. Also businesses being allowed to buy up properties was a huge factor. Immigrants share rooms and houses with others and mostly rent so won't affect prices of houses. They only affect rental market but minimally since they share room and house.

  8. people get killed all the time and this could also be a revenge killing by families of victim that nijjar might be involved in terrorist actitivities. Important question is not that India may or may not have killed nijjar but why didn't the CSIS Intelligence service protect nijjar, the canadian on canadian soil even after they knew about his life was in danger, they literally warned him but did nothing much after. Strange.

  20. 36 kg over 6 months is a good and stable loss of weight. And you are right the most important is diet. Exercise don't help as much as diet. I see exercise more to build muscles, endurance, healthy heart and circulation. My natural eating style is very similar to intermittent fasting, ie eat all my meal within 8-10hrs window but I was doing this naturally for years. It was normal for me before this became a fad and a name was given to it. I didn't like wasting time on eating and like to get all my meal out of the way as soon as possible. So I can spend more uninterrupted time working or enjoying life. 8-10 hrs, eating is normal it is not a diet or intermittent fasting nonsense people like to call it. Eating beyond 8-10hrs window should be given a name like "Non-stop feasting/gluttonism". Most people tend to follow the gluttony diet.
