  1. The best tool in your auto that greatly helps keep you from speeding is the "cruise control". I have never had a automobile where the cruise control works under 25mph. As kids back in the 70's, I clocked my very athletic buddy running/hitting 20mph on my 10 speed bicycle with a speedometer. This law is for revenue, not safety. When the speed limit is so slow, (and you have places to go), with no cruise control, you can expect many more tickets to be issued.
