  1. Nothing is free, especially from the state. Get your own tracking aid, report your car stolen, find your car, then tell the Police where it is at. Nobody has more interest in you and your property than you. Reject the baby sitters.

When ever the state offers something for free, it is taking more control of OUR free enterprise, (nobody else will be allowed to compete), and is another form of redistribution also, (tax payers pay for it.). A good consumer policy would be, "Only do business with free market businesses who have no business with the state." Free enterprise belongs to us. Take it personally, or it will all be taken away. This is what communism looks like today.
