  1. If people can't "pick up and move" who make 6 figures, that only increases my sympathy for you. But I know people, (a very good friend for one), who came from nothing and now own a factory that did not more to communism in china. I think my good friend will be part of the last generation to be able to do that,----because we are falling to communism, and I expect his kids to retire under total global government control. Miracles can happen, but I don't think we are sharp enough to reject it.

You can be specific in your search, "Thomas Sowell on rent control", and should easily find it. But he is 92 and will pass away soon, and I bet all his writes on YT will be gone. He is a very very sharp Black man who you never see as a commentator on the news.

  3. Listen to Thomas Sowell about rent controls. He is not dead yet, (92), and all his writes are still on YT. (I suspect they will be gone when he is) Oh, by the way, he is a Black man who grew up in Harlem when it was much more civil there. Educated himself, (including Harvard, which he rejects today), and he makes a lot of sense in reality. He is the top expert of societal cause and effects, and the results we have to live with. But you are too lazy to look him up. Too bad.
