  2. I knew it all my adult life, (mid 50's old Polock here), that neither party was protecting our liberty, (and no party does protect individual liberty in all of Western Culture). I like Candace also. I think she is learning in the proper direction, but until we can replace all politicians with liberty minded people who understand that it is the proper function of government to protect our liberty, (not incrementally destroy it), to promote the best education in the world in the USA, (if involved with education at all), and to give capitalism back to the citizenry so we can all chase our dreams, and even get rich, (It is called communism when the government runs the economy). I for one am tired of seeing both parties destroy our opportunity, then treat us like children. I am tired of all the government ads on the radio, the baby sitter for the poor stupid citizenry, (some time playing more than 6 times in a row, like Mao in our faces. When Candace realizes this is not a party fight for liberty, (that will never happen), but a ideological fight all the way down to the core of philosophy, then,---well,---I think we will like her very much more, and her donations would probably go up. She should read some Ayn Rand. The best philosopher for man's individual liberty the world has ever seen. Yea, every commie hated her. :) If most of us can reignite the philosophies of "Individual Liberty", that created our freedom in the first place (and is the philosophy's that freed Black people in 1863), only then will we be able to move back into the direction of individual liberty protected by law (and is color blind). Don't forget about "our capitalism" also. Even if we were taught to hate each other because we are different races, If we do business together, (because we both do good work, and provide a good service, we both benefit), we become friends. There are only 2 things that create a civil and prosperous society, (and I experienced some of both). 1) Living under the philosophies of individual liberty protected by law, (not allowed to commit crimes on others, which is a infringement of liberty). 2) The free market owned by the citizens, (so we can use our minds to chase our dreams). How are we suppose to chase our dreams with out capitalism in our hands? We can't. If that makes sense, read Ayn Rand's stuff, (non-fiction first).
