  2. I am the other way around. I thrive on expressing my thoughts, ideas and conclusions. What the vid did not mention was "premise". If you notice, those "targeting questions" are almost always based on a false premise. If you try to answer that question, you are only supporting the false premise. So you have to expose that the question is based on a false premise, (with reason/reality), and that will make the question invalid for anybody who has interest in reality. The problem come across, is people who have no interest in reality, but just how they feel. You can show that person a fact that does not fit their perception, and instead of accepting the fact by adjusting their perception to accept the fact, thus thinking closer to reality,---they reject the fact because to accept it would mean they change a good portion of their perception. That is why so many people do not thin in reality. They reject it. Not good for a good future at all.

  4. "Winning" a conversation is both recognizing truth. That is the point of communication. But we will bang our heads against the wall if we don't use "reason" to figure out reality. If you notice, the people who "shut down the conversation", are usually the people who don't have a good ability to reason and figure out reality, and that is taught in schools today. Have you ever had a conversation with somebody, who is mistaken about a topic, and when you bring up a irrefutable fact that does not fit in their perception of reality, instead of accepting the fact and adjusting their perception to accept the fact, they reject the fact because it challenges their entire thinking process---out of reality. They will never figure out reality that way, and I doubt you can teach them anything. They are dependent on their falsehoods.

  5. Now, lets you and I try to get into politics, and see how we are treated. lol "Equality" actually means "equal poverty" by those who chant it from the think tanks. It is the free enterprise we benefit from that is actually under attack by communism. Notice how everybody is taught to blame big corporations for a multitude of things. But they became big with government help, the partners in crime that we elected. We did not elect CEO's to protect our liberty, we elected people who work with the state. communism was created out of the hatred of free enterprise, (and individual liberty protected by law to practice free enterprise),---our only opportunity to be free from dictatorship.

  6. How do the readers of you know you are not the fruit cake, just because they did not say "good morning" to you yesterday? I can see a possibility that they simply don't like you for good reason. Look at the manipulation you pulled here? The readers think you are a victim, (of something), but I will question that. The trick in life is: let thinking happen before emotions, -----------not the other way around where thinking does not have a chance.

  7. 9:10 "When you share your flaws and they don't embarrass you, it shows massive confidence." I once talked with a guy who was proud of how he developed a way to commit armed robbery that worked. He had a lot of confidence. How good were his values? If we have no problem with our flaws, how good are our values? The way to a better society is not to accept your flaws that leads to poor values, but to correct them if needed, to uphold good values.

  10. I don't understand why a belief in God is a rejection of evolution. It is clear there is evolution, scientific proof I believe. But who said evolution can't be an act of God also? Evolution is part of nature, and for those who believe in God, God created nature. The problem I see is, we don't understand the nature of man. I say God gave us a brain that can figure out reality and that is what we do,--by our nature. There are no shortage of thieves and people who claim man's nature is evil. But if that were true, we would still be living in the dirt eating bugs and rodents. Only when man was free enough (from dictatorships) to create free enterprise and prosper, trading money instead of blood while gaining prosperity and civility, (we become friends when we do good business with each other.), were we able to "think" our way out of the dirt. look around you. look at all the magnificent things we built when we were free to do so. That is our nature, and I bet God was proud that mankind finally created a USA, and sad that we let it get stolen from us by the dictatorships. Never heard that perspective before huh. :) Mine baby, mine.

  13. I have noticed that. But with our progressive dysfunctional education system, it is hard to find yourself in an argument who is not a fool. We are entering an age of irrationality, and that never works for a good future.

If you understand the premise of the questions asked, (and that takes experience and knowledge), you can defuse the false premise with reality that we know is true with a statement or question for a reply followed by a statement, and show the first question was based on a false premise, and therefore invalid. Do that 3 times in a row,---and they stop asking questions from a false premise, because you are using reality, (the best defense), for the world to see.

  15. Milton Friedman did that well, but there is a catch. You have to know the subject matter well, for the use of a question is to show the first question is based on a poor premise. So if that the question is based on a false premise, then there is no need to answer it. To answer a question based on a false premise, (instead of calling out the false premise), would be giving credit to the false premise, and that is exactly what we should strive not to do. I have no interest in using humor for serious conversations.
