The early progressive movement invading USA universities starting in the early 1900's, infiltrated our study of law first. So our law system is infected and now run by communism. There really is no proper law anymore outside of street traffic. If the state tramples your rights, you will not find a lawyer to help you. I have already been through that over a decade ago, so I moved away from there and that police lawlessness in Grand Rapids Michigan, but I see the problem is everywhere in the USA. You see, unless you are a criminal infringing on somebody else's individual liberty, proper leaves you alone. But lawlessness does not leave anybody alone, except the most lawless.
