If I sold you a fraudulent product, (you are suppose to be able to find a better job after graduation, or you would not buy the product.), then you would have the legal right for me to pay you back, not the rest of society. It is the colleges who sold you a fraudulent product, and if you can't get a good job in 2 years (with proof of trying), then the college has to give you your money back, plus interest. Because when those non-taxed endowments, (foreign money to teach foreign interests), are all paid out to you, the fraudulent education stops. Will you vote for me? :) Doug in Michigan
