  3. Two answer the government solar panel ad question, "Why don't more homes use solar panels?". The moral answers are: 1) If it is subsidized, it is somebody else's money, and we should not be thieves. 2) They don't make enough power to run everything for my home/garage and are not a dependable supply during longer terms of cloud cover. 3) Their lifespan is not very long. A furnace lasts 10 years and cost much less than the money stolen from my neighbors for subsidies. 4) I don't want a bunch of strangers in or around my home, (Install). 5) I like things that work well and are actually affordable. In fact, a prosperous life depends on it. 6) I am sick of the decline of the USA. When is it "Our Turn"? No way am I doing that. Nice try commies.

  4. I was about 8 years old around 1970 when my Dad broke me of that habit. He asked me "Are you asking me a question? You sound like you are asking me a question.". Today I notice a lot of people sounding like I did as a child who adopted an annoying speech pattern, especially guests on TV and radio political programs. Will you know what I am talking about when you read: "And one day, in band camp!" (girl from movie "American Pie", with the last syllable raised in tone about a quarter octave.) That is what I am talking about. Thanks Dad. :)
