The evidence does not line up. Stay out of the Jury box. You are dangerous. I did Jury duty and was on a case that went to deliberation. That was probably 20 years ago, and when I discovered that our population is pretty stupid. it was 8 dummies out of 12 then. I am sure the ratio has not gotten better.

Our vehicles and phones have tracking devises, (not mentioned here, but in a different show before she was found), and they do not support the prosecution. Plus, investigating another case, and finding this body there strongly suggests a serial killer, (so does the DNA evidence found, also not mentioned in this show, and not brought to light by the prosecution). The DNA evidence is the reason why the case was dismissed (after a crooked Judge recused himself), 2 years before the body was found. Knowing how coverups can happen a bit to cover up governmental corruption, I would not be surprised if the DNA evidence has been linked to a illegal immigrant who was let into the nation, committing several murders in different areas with the DNA link found at each, and the evidence never came to light. With a Justice system like we have today, (It used to be much better), we can only guess.

No evidence of that, (car and phone tracking), 45 miles away where they were looking for another lost person. What are the chances of that 45 miles away? It sounds like a serial killer to me, (and DNA evidence of that is in the original story, that the prosecution hid, with a crooked Judge recusing himself before his trial). Plenty of stuff in the original show that is ignored here. This show---is a dramatic witch hunt IMO, and that is disgusting.

From the other story from a different channel, before 2 years before they found the remains: They found a conversation on the spy pen she had, and then found more conversation. He stayed out of it because he did want to jeopardize his marriage. When they contacted him, he came clean about their relationship. He lived in Michigan.

This is as a despicable show and the Justice system we have today. When you see a dramatic (this show) witch hunt (this show and our Justice system), going on. It is either that our Justice system, (the prosecution), will not admit when it is wrong, (which is criminal), or they are actually covering up a crime that lead to this witch hunt. I would rather take my chances with the criminals on the street, than the criminals in our justice system today. It used to be an honorable Justice system that I so admired. Not anymore. I guess they call this "progress" in our law schools. What a disgrace.

Or attempted? Strange huh. 4 times a year, I used to trailer my garbage to the nearest town out of the city I lived in, because I did not like the city monopoly it constructed. This show would call that strange too, but it was a nice country drive, I was actually saving money, and there was a very good restaurant along the way. So if they did not even try to find the garbage, I would have top call it emotional evidence with no substance. lol If they really suspected it was more than trash, (like maybe body parts possibly?), I am sure looking for it would have been in this witch hunt story. 6 bins has more leads than one, and more probable to find something I would think.

If he were throwing away evidence, the chances of finding it is higher with multiple bins. My local dump charges $4.00 a bag, so I burn everything that burns, and take the rest of a bin a buddy of mine has for his small business, tossing him a few bucks. I used to live in a city, and did not want to do business with the city trash service, (as it is monopolized, so I trailered it up, and took it to a dump 4 times a year, (Amazingly, it did not smell,---lol), to the next town about 20miles away that only charged $1.25 a bag. I figured it out. I was actually saving money, and it was a nice drive in the country with a great restaurant along the way.
