  1. Why would a buyer send such a car to a non-Euro specific shop for inspection? Such a shop won't be able to tell them much other than the very basics as they won't have the tools or knowledge to truly inspect the manufacturer specific tech?? Almost every town or city has a "European Auto" type shop....
