  1. This guy's face may be new, but everyone has long known Wagner is now a training company only; private armies were outlawed in Russia last year after the Prigozhin Debacle. We've long known they are recruiting new members in Niger (and probably Burkina Faso) among others, and their training of Belorussian Special Forces is well documented. ALL of the former "Wagners" from the Prigozhin Era either signed a contract with Russian Army in newly-formed "Storm-Z" units or stayed with the company as trainers.
