  1. Russia just made their ultimatum to Biden/Zelensky clear this week. Lavrov delivered it at the UN, their State Duma just ratified it a couple of days ago. Why would their offensive be "unlikely" if they just gave an ultimatum "capitulate on our terms or Ukraine cease to exist as independent State". Those are their words, not mine.
