  2. EU says "No" again to Zelesnky on long range missile request. That is now four times in the past three days he has been told "no" by US/EU, on long range weapons/approval. Poland said "no more to give", Finland "no more to give", Hungary just blocked EU giving Ukraine Russian money, Serbia just told EU "No, we will not sanction Russia". Zelensky "VIctory Plan" turning to ashes in his hands.....
