  2. Then the war is almost over. Putin's problem with Ukraine is its membership in NATO, which will result in US and UK flooding the land with missiles and filling the Black Sea with their ships. If that is off the table, one of the main causes of the war has now been extinguished. All that remains is who gets what land.
