WHAT is happening isn't all that surprising for anyone paying attention (and not reading Western MSM only); however the TIMING is so bad for Russia that one has to suspect CIA involvement. Just this week alone: failed Ukraine offensive, UK passes law to continue sanctions on Russia even if war ends (victory for Russia), and rumblings in both Africa and China about "peace plans". ALL of that favors Russia; now this?? I smell CIA...
