  1. We can't see it, but to me its effects prove it is there. Russia must have some major-grade full spectrum Electronic Warfare assets all around Avdiivka. AFU has no shortage of FPV drones, but you hardly see any strikes all around the city (in areas which should be well in range of FPV drones). AFU is a TikTok army----they waste no time in posting their success on social media; if you don't see many posts of success, that means they are not having much success. No FPV drones, no GPS-guided bombs, no starlink service = No chance for AFU.
