  1. I love Audi's; the design, the incredible interior quality, etc. I just can't say "NO" to them. However after one experience with an A6, and reading for 15 years about the V8s. I only buy Audis with the EA888 motor. ONLY Any shade tree guy can work on it since its in every Passat/Golf/Jetta that comes his way. 10 years with three different Audis with that motor and zero issues other than water pump. Use good oil (Mobil1/Pennzoil/Motul is all I ever use), change at 5K miles, and rev it out half the time----don't drive for 50K miles like its Grandma's Lexus. I love the 6 and 8 cyl Audi but I'll never buy one.
