  1. The world economy is global and has been for over 40 years now. If you are paying 30% less, you are getting 30% less. There is no such thing as the "same" for less. Just like a used Toyota is far better than a new Chinese car, a used Russian or EU submarine is way better than a new Chinese one

  3. Like my Dad taught us boys 30 years ago: "Nothing in life is free. If is sounds too good to be true, it is. You get what you pay for." 100 obsolete, but reliable tanks are better than 50 "modern" tanks that can't be relied on.
