  1. Honda+Nissan should be able to dominate in "performance" hybrids. Just a few years ago Honda had the 3-motor/3.0l V6 hybrid in the MDX which was 375hp/32 mpg but no one bought it, primarily due to expense. A decade ago Nissan had the 3.5v6 with hybrid punching about the same in HP/MPGs so both have the skills. I heard Mitsu may be in on that mash up too which will REALLY help them. The JDM world must continue to have Nissan and Mitsubishi; even if they are just brands of Honda.

  2.  @xzimxzim  Yes, you are right the RLX had the higher HP variant. That car got NO love, but a 2020 RLX Sport Hybrid is a TON of luxury performance for under $30K now. IF you can find one. 🙂
