  1. My first car was a 1984 Supra in 1989 when I was 19. I loved the Mk III but and IV but by the time I was out of college and could afford it, they were gone. When they announced the Mk V I was excited but then immediately deflated as it is just a rebadged BMW. I've had two BMWs and respect them, but a BMW is NOT a Supra. I wished the LC 500 or RC-F had just been de-contented to Toyota levels and would have been an excellent Mk V, not a dam BMW. If this is true, Toyota has another chance to get my money.
