  1. Well, the RU State Duma confirmed RU and NK as "strategic partners" now, so there is likely nothing in Russia's ability to provide that North Korea cannot have. From grain, to coal, to metals, manufacturing/engineering, energy production, and of course, military. I mean Russia still has the 400 or so Western airliners that were stranded on the day the SMO began; they could send Kim 100 of them and overnight air travel in North Korea would be modernized by half a century....
