  3. I think the dominoes are going to fall soon. Reports say many citizens in Kupiansk are refusing the mandatory evacuation order. Americans don't understand this so let me explain it to you. These are border regions, where Russian/Ukrainian or Ukrainian/Russian hasn't meant much of anything for 1000 years. Ukraine doesn't 100% trust that civilians in the towns won't help the Russians once they arrive, so they have a "mandatory" evac order to limit this little inconvenience.
